HTMLFormSet is a HTML parser which allows a developer the freedom to load
in HTML4.0 compliant web pages and set form values and manipulate the HTML.
HTMLFormSet bridges a much needed gap between dynamic web driven pages and
static HTML pages. HTMLFormSet is not a template library. HTMLFormSet
was designed to read raw HTML and manipulate the contents. HTMLFormSet
provides features which set HTML form values, manipulate HTML look and feel
via hidden variables and drive dynamic web pages. The main philosophy behind
HTMLFormSet was to allow a web producer/designer complete freedom over the
HTML without having to get a developer to change the pages they designed.
